Qualified Counsellor Opportunities
Are you a qualified counsellor with a passion for supporting young people? CASY is seeking experienced sessional bank counsellors to join our dedicated team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with children and young people aged 6-25 in schools across the East Midlands.

You’ll work on flexible, short-term contracts and receive regular clinical support. If you’re experienced in working with young clients and have membership with BACP, UKCP, or NCPS or equivalent, we’d love to hear from you. A driving licence and access to your own transport, is essential for this role.

Placement Opportunities for Trainee Counsellors
Are you a trainee counsellor working towards a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling? CASY offers volunteer placements for those looking to gain valuable experience while fulfilling the placement hours required for their training. We welcome trainee counsellors to work with children and young people, in our office in Newark. Please note that at present, we are unable to offer placements for those seeking specifically 16+ client hours.

Trustee Vacancies
CASY is seeking new trustees to join our Board and help guide the charity in its mission to support children, young people, and their families. We’re looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, including education, HR, finance, and more, to bring their expertise to our team.
About the role:
- A trustee appointment for a minimum of two years
- Meetings held 3-4 times a year at our Newark headquarters in the evening
- A chance to contribute to the growth of a well-respected charity
